Welcome to the website of LawnSaverClub, Inc. (doing business as LawnSaverClub), and its subsidiaries, affiliated brands, and affiliated companies ("LawnSaverClub," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). LawnSaverClub created the website at https://yourlawnsaver.com (as it may be modified, relocated, and/or redirected from time to time, the "Site"), and associated mobile applications (the "App") (the Site and App together are the "Platform") to provide information about LawnSaverClub, to facilitate the provision of residential lawn‑care professional services (the "Professional Services") by independent lawn‑care providers ("Providers"), and to provide LawnSaverClub's matching and related services for the Professional Services (collectively, the "Services").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you understand how we treat your information. By using any of our Services, or otherwise taking an affirmative action of agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. Applicability to Providers: This Privacy Policy applies to Providers only to the extent that they are residents of California. Otherwise, if you are a Provider who resides in another state, this Privacy Policy does not apply.

Other websites: The Platform may contain links to websites and services not operated or controlled by LawnSaverClub ("Third‑Party Sites"). The policies and procedures described here do not apply to Third‑Party Sites. The links from the Platform do not imply that LawnSaverClub endorses or has reviewed the Third‑Party Sites. 1. Whose Information We Collect

LawnSaverClub obtains information from various individuals and entities. These groups are defined below and may overlap:

  • Website Visitors: When you visit the Site or contact us directly for information.
  • Consumers: When you review, book, and receive Professional Services through the Platform and Services.
  • Providers (CA only): When you use our Site to become an independent contractor to provide Professional Services.
  • Vendors: When you become a vendor to LawnSaverClub.

The use of “you” and “your(s)” throughout this Privacy Policy will, depending on the context, refer to a Website Visitor, Consumer, or Provider.

2. Information We Collect About You

Information You Give Us. You may give us information by signing up for an online account, entering information through our online forms or surveys, inputting information while using our Services, or contacting us by phone or email for information or customer services.

The categories of information include:

  • Identifiers, e.g., real name, telephone number, postal address, e‑mail address, social security number, date of birth, and similar information.
  • Categories of personal information under California law, e.g., name, signature, postal address, telephone number, employment, bank account number, credit/debit card number, or any other financial information.
  • Characteristics of protected classifications, e.g., demographic data (gender, age, etc.).
  • Commercial information, e.g., records of products/services purchased; purchasing/consuming histories or tendencies including information about your property (e.g., lot size, gate codes, mowing instructions) and metrics on when/how you use the Services.
  • Internet or other network activity information, e.g., interactions with our Platform, device and browser data, OS characteristics, ISP and IP address.
  • Geolocation data, e.g., determining distance between a Provider and a Consumer for time‑of‑arrival purposes.
  • Audio, electronic, or visual data, e.g., video or audio recordings you submit when you contact support, provide ratings, or otherwise contact us (including recordings submitted for research purposes).
  • Professional or employment‑related information, e.g., information we collect from Providers.
  • Inferences drawn from the above categories.

The categories of sensitive personal information include: Social security number; account log‑in with authentication credentials; precise geolocation data (e.g., to estimate a Provider’s ETA); and the contents of certain communications (e.g., SMS) when we are not the intended recipient.

Information We Automatically Collect.

  • Sites: We collect log data such as IP address, browser type/version, pages visited, timestamps, session duration, referrers, and campaign attribution. Technologies include cookies, web beacons, clear GIFs, canvas fingerprinting, and similar (e.g., Google Remarketing, Meta Pixel). You can control cookies in your browser. See Cookies.
  • Devices: Some devices collect IP address, login credentials, connectivity details, and locations for device control/management.

Information We Collect From Third Parties: If you access our Site through third parties (e.g., Google or Facebook), or share content from our Site to a third‑party social service, the third party may send us certain information about you depending on its policies and your settings.

Background Check Information (Providers): Includes aliases, prior addresses, and right‑to‑work details, which may be collected by our service providers.

Payment Card Information: Although users can submit payment card information to pay for Services through the Platform, LawnSaverClub does not store this information. Payment card data is securely transmitted to a third‑party processor, which returns a token/authorization status to LawnSaverClub.

3. Sources From Which We Collect Your Personal Information

  • You: Information you voluntarily provide via the Platform, in person, or through forms and surveys.
  • Automated Technologies: Data collected via cookies and other automated tools.
  • Government: Data from law enforcement or other government authorities.
  • Google, Facebook, and Other Companies: Data from social platforms, analytics, or advertising partners.
  • Affiliated Brands: Data shared from entities within the LawnSaverClub family of brands.
  • Public Internet Sources: Data from public databases or websites.
  • Recording Technologies: Data from voicemails or audio/video recordings with consent where legally required.
  • Other Sources: Referrals from other users, Providers, or third parties.

4. Purposes for Which We Use Your Personal Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Providing Services: To submit, track, and facilitate requests for Professional Services; process payments; provide products or services; carry out contractual obligations; allow participation in interactive features; and enable communication.
  • Support & Marketing: For customer support; ensuring content is effective; notifying changes; improving Services; calculating performance metrics; conducting data analysis, testing, and research; and for advertising, marketing, and promotions.
  • Monitoring, Security, and Compliance: To comply with legal/financial obligations; enforce LawnSaverClub policies; protect rights, property, or safety; conduct audits and investigations; manage corporate transactions; report suspected criminal conduct; and support legal claims or defenses.
  • Incidental Purposes: Any incidental purposes related to or connected with the above.

Tracking Across Time and Sites: We may serve you advertisements on other websites based on your Platform activities and allow third parties to track activity across sites.

Marketing: We may contact you with newsletters, promotions, or offers. You can opt out via unsubscribe links or by contacting us.

Geolocation Data of Providers: With consent, we may collect Providers’ precise geolocation for arrival times, job tracking, safety, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Providers may opt out in App settings.

5. How We May Disclose Your Personal Information

  • With Consent: To others or the public with your consent.
  • Affiliates & Vendors: With vendors, affiliates, or subprocessors to run and support the Platform (e.g., content moderation, crash analytics, marketing, payments, support).
  • Providers: If you book a service, we share your details (e.g., address, requested service, name) with Providers.
  • Deidentified & Aggregated Data: May be shared publicly or with third parties.
  • Third-Party Marketing: With marketing and advertising organizations for tailored ads.
  • Required by Law: Disclosure in response to lawful requests, obligations, or fraud protection.

6. How We Respond to ‘Do Not Track’ & Other Signals

Many browsers allow you to signal “Do Not Track” (DNT). Our Platform does not currently respond to DNT signals pending consensus on standards. California and some other states allow opting out via Global Privacy Control (GPC). If enabled, your opt-out preferences will be honored across supported browsers/extensions.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small files placed on your device to store preferences and support Platform features.

Google Analytics: Used to improve Platform functionality. See Google’s Privacy Policy or install the Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Cookie Settings: You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly.

Advertising Cookies: We may use advertising cookies (e.g., Google Ads) to show relevant ads. You can opt out through the Network Advertising Initiative, DAA, or device settings.

8. Privacy Rights & Additional Disclosures for Certain U.S. Residents

Depending on your state of residence, you may have specific rights, including:

  • Right to Know & Portability: Request details of personal data collected or shared in the past 12 months.
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of your data.
  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to Opt Out: Opt out of sale/sharing of personal data (via site link or GPC signal).
  • Limiting Use of Sensitive Data: In California, you can direct us to limit use of sensitive information.
  • Third-Party Marketing: Request details on sharing for direct marketing purposes.
  • Automated Processing: In some states, opt out of profiling for significant decisions. (LawnSaverClub does not use profiling for such decisions.)

Verification: We may verify identity through account authentication or matching data. If we cannot verify, we will inform you.

Authorized Agents: May submit requests with appropriate proof.

9. Change of Control

If LawnSaverClub undergoes a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale, your personal information may be transferred to the new entity as part of the transaction.

10. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 years old. If you are under 16, you are not authorized to use our Platform. If we become aware of collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it.

11. Data Retention and Security

We implement safeguards to protect your personal information. While no system is fully secure, we use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect confidentiality, integrity, and security.

We retain personal information as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Afterward, we delete or deidentify the information.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide prominent notice, update the effective date, and post the revised policy here.
